The entrepreneurs also can use the bank to pay Giro, paying salary, purchase air tickets, booking hotel, NETs and using the 24 hours ATM machine with two currencies (Singapore Dollar and Local currency)  

The Southeast Asian Community shall promoting Household Register for the family register system to control the movement of people between country to country in Southeast Asia. Individuals were broadly categorized as a local and migrate worker or entrepreneurs. A worker seeking to move from a country to another country to take up jobs would have to apply through the Ministry of Manpower. The number of workers allowed to make such moves was tightly controlled.
