This will bring more jobs to the elderly worker, reused of waste, raising fund for the NGO and helping to solve the poor financial problem.

We must forget and forgive the past Asoka Buddhist Theravada Kingdom, Ottoman Sunni Islam Kingdom and European Roman Catholic Colonial invade Southeast Asia. We should have our own identity to let the world knowing. Healthy Life Style for Southeast Asian Identity can be done. We can make Southeast Asia having more fish farm such as Sardine, Mackerel and Tuna. Whereby, our Southeast Asian will consume the farm fish. We also can make Southeast Asia having more rice, fresh fruits, vegetable, bean and legumes farm.  Whereby, our Southeast Asian will consume the farm vegetable and fruits. We must reduce operation time and limited places for prostitute, cigarette and alcohol business.     

We should have a lot of sport complex for our Southeast Asian to exercise. The exercise program are from our resident community club for every resident. We want to see all Southeast Asian is healthy.

Beside speak local language; the resident community club will train basic communication international language for Southeast Asian.

For good governing, we should have anti corruption and public service feedback departments. We should have elected President Council. Whereby, we do not want people strike against Chief of Judge, Chief of Police, Chief of Military, government, Royal ruler, King or President. The independent department will received feedback and finalize the fact and action will be taken to any wrong doing. Demo and strike shall be done at proper designate location and no action shall be done because it is freedom of speech unless it is related to religion, race and other security reason.

Advantages

1)      The facilities and maintenance of Industrial Park is the best in the community.

2)      There is no political and worker strike in Singapore

3)      There is no flood, earth quake, fire, snow and storm in Singapore

4)      There is no water failure, power failure and fuel failure in Singapore

5)      There is poor governing administration in Singapore

Disadvantage

1)      Too many wasted land to hike rental and land price.

2)      Too many workers age above 35 years are still Job hopper but it is a prolong waiting time to wait for better job and pay due to other city in the community have not reach Singapore living standard.

3)      The government has not fast enough to convert Singaporean into government department or semi government department or government link company

4)      We are shortage of cheap manpower to support private company

5)      We are shortage of private sector leader to manage private organization.

6)      It is very difficult to force Singaporean to become Needy, Low Income, Average Income and Jobless because we are train for no poor people in Singapore.

7)      There is no place to employ people who above 45 years old or have criminal record in Singapore.

8)      Many Singaporean come from small family (two is enough). They unable to work in evening shift, 24 hours rotation work or working on weekend (Saturday / Sunday) and public holiday.
