The Advantages and Disadvantage of Singapore as Southeast Asia Community

Advantages

1)      The facilities and maintenance of Industrial Park is the best in the community.

2)      There is no political and worker strike in Singapore

3)      There is no flood, earth quake, fire, snow and storm in Singapore

4)      There is no water failure, power failure and fuel failure in Singapore

5)      There is poor governing administration in Singapore

6)      Singapore currency stable

Disadvantage

1)      Too many wasted land to hike rental and land price.

2)      Too many workers age above 35 years are still Job hopper but it is a prolong waiting time to wait for better job and pay due to other city in the community have not reach Singapore living standard.

3)      The government has not fast enough to convert Singaporean into government department or semi government department or government link company

4)      We are shortage of cheap manpower to support private company

5)      We are shortage of private sector leader to manage private organization.

6)      It is very difficult to force Singaporean to become Needy, Low Income, Average Income and Jobless because we are train for no poor people in Singapore.

7)      There is no place to employ people who above 45 years old or have criminal record in Singapore.

8)      Many Singaporean come from small family (two is enough). They unable to work in evening shift, 24 hours rotation work or working on weekend (Saturday / Sunday) and public holiday.

9)      Jobless Singaporean are working as Taxi driver, Bus driver, Delivery man, Security Guard, Insurance agents, Property Agent and politician related link.
